Frasers Hospitality Trust scheme sanctioned by court
The last day of trading is 11 September.
The High Court of Singapore has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT).
The scheme, which was previously approved by stapled securityholders at a meeting on 15 August 15, will become effective and binding once written notification of the court order is submitted to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
According to the managers of FHT, nearly all scheme conditions have already been fulfilled, except for certain items that will only be satisfied or determined on the relevant effective date.
The last day of trading for FHT stapled securities is 11 September. Trading will be suspended from 9 a.m. on 12 September.
The record date to determine entitlements under the scheme is set for 22 September, subject to final conditions.
FHT will also make a clean-up distribution for the period from 1 April to 22 September. The payout amount will be announced before delisting.
