Good sale: Why Tembusu Grand was in demand

It achieved strong first-day sales of more than 50%.

Tembusu Grand is one of the best-selling projects launched in the rest of the central region, with sales reaching above 50%, Huttons Asia said.

The project launch is in demand as it is suitable for those who want to live in District 15 and the Katong area.

It is also a below 10-minute walk to the upcoming train station, Tanjong Katong.

It is also well connected to expressways such as (ECP), (PIE) and (KPE) and a short drive to CBD, Marina Bay, Singapore Sports Hub, and Changi Airport.

It is also near a number of educational institutions including Tanjong Katong Primary (<1km), Haig Girls' School (<1km), Kong Hwa School (<1km), Tao Nan School, Dunman High School, Chung Cheng High School, Tanjong Katong Girl's School, Victoria Junior College.

"Good sales were achieved across the different unit types. Tembusu Grand attracted a good mix of investors and families with school-going children," said Huttons Asia.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
