Jardine Cycle & Carriage appoints new independent chairman of the board

Samuel Tsien will be independent chairman of the board, effective 11 November.

Jardine Cycle & Carriage has appointed Samuel Tsien as its independent chairman of the board, effective 11 November.

He is currently a non-executive independent director and was first appointed to the board in October 2021.

Prior to this, he was Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation’s group CEO from 2021 to 2022.
