JTC launches one site in Tuas Bay Drive under the H2 2025 IGLS Programme

The public tender will close on 21 October 2025.

JTC has launched one site in Plot A Tuas Bay Drive by public tender under the second half of the 2025 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The site has been launched with an additional three-year lease tenure as part of the enhancements to the industrial land lease framework.

The 0.63-hectare site has a 23-year lease and a gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The site at Plot A Tuas Bay Drive is the second of the five confirmed list sites for the H2 2025 IGLS Programme. The public tender is scheduled to close on 21 October.
