Keppel DC REIT launches $404.5m preferential offering

It will issue 180.6 million new units at $2.24 each.

Keppel DC REIT will raise $404.5m through a non-renounceable preferential offering of 180,562,518 new units at $2.24 per unit.

Unitholders will be entitled to subscribe for 80 New Units for every 1,000 existing units held as at the record date of 30 September 2025, 5.00 p.m. Fractions of units will be disregarded.

The offering opens on 3 October 2025, 9.00 a.m. and closes on 13 October 2025.

Applications can be made via ATMs of participating banks, the SGX Investor Portal (PayNow), or by submitting the ARE form to CDP.

CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS), Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) investors, and those holding units through finance companies or depository agents must apply through their respective intermediaries.

Keppel DC Investment Holdings (17.98% stake) and Keppel DC REIT Management (1.10% stake) have both committed to subscribe in full for their entitlements.

Trading of the new units on SGX-ST is expected to begin on 22 October 2025, 9.00 a.m.
