Luminor Financial Holding’s executive director to assist in Malaysian investigations

CCID is investigating a case on Ratus Nautika Sdn Bhd (RN).

Luminor Financial Holdings Limited’s executive director, Kwan Yu Wen, has been requested by the Commercial Crime Investigation Division of the Royal Malaysia Police (CCID) and the Ministry of Housing and Local Government Malaysia (KPKT) to assist in separate investigations.

CCID is investigating a case on Ratus Nautika Sdn Bhd (RN), an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of GRP Limited, wherein Kwan is currently a director.

Additionally, KPKT is investigating the group's wholly owned subsidiary, Luminor Credit Sdn Bhd, for which Miss Kwan has been called as a witness.

Nevertheless, Kwan will remain Luminor Financial Holdings' executive director after the nominating committee and board assessed that she can continue to perform her duties professionally.
