MoneyMax launches $70m fixed rate notes due 2028
Net proceeds will be used for the group’s general corporate purposes.
MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has launched and priced its first offering of $70m 5.00% fixed rate notes due 2028 (Series 001 Notes) under its $500 million multicurrency medium term note programme established on 6 October 2025.
The notes are guaranteed by MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd.
DBS Bank Ltd. is the sole global coordinator, lead manager, and bookrunner for the issuance.
The Series 001 Notes will be issued at 100% of their principal amount, in denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples thereof. They will bear interest at 5.00% per annum, payable semi-annually on 30 April and 30 October, starting 30 April 2026, and will mature on 30 October 2028.
The notes and the guarantee are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated, and unsecured obligations ranking pari passu with all other unsecured obligations of the Issuer and the Company.
The offering is made outside the United States under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, and in Singapore to institutional and accredited investors under Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (SFA).
Net proceeds from the issuance will be used for the group’s general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, investments, acquisitions, working capital, and/or capital expenditure.
Application has been made to the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) for the listing and quotation of the Series 001 Notes.
The notes are expected to be issued on 30 October 2025 and listed on 31 October 2025.
