Nintendo sets up Singapore subsidiary to drive SEA growth

It has a capital stock of $8m.

Nintendo Co., Ltd. has established Nintendo Singapore Pte. Ltd. on 26 September 2025, as part of its expansion in Southeast Asia.

The new subsidiary, fully owned by Nintendo, has a capital stock of $8m and will focus on accelerating the company’s regional business.

The office will be led by Managing Director Takahiro Miura.

Nintendo also said it is considering creating a similar entity in Thailand.
