Ossia International releases offeree circular following takeover offer

The offer closes on 9 July 2025.

Ossia International Limited has issued its offeree circular in response to the voluntary unconditional cash offer made by Goh Ching Wah Goh Ching Huat, and Goh Ching Lai to acquire all shares in the company.

The offer was announced on 15 May 2025. Ossia had initially appointed Asian Corporate Advisors Pte. Ltd. as its independent financial adviser (IFA), but replaced it with W Capital Markets Pte. Ltd. on 10 June 2025.

The offeree circular includes the IFA’s advice and the recommendation of the independent directors. It has been sent electronically in line with regulatory guidelines.

Shareholders are urged to read the offeree circular, the offer document, and the IFA’s advice before making any decision.

The offer closes at 5.30 p.m. on 9 July 2025, unless extended by the joint offerors.
