QAF CEO tightens grip as total stake hits 39.4%

Lin finalised the purchase of nearly a quarter-million ordinary units.

QAF Limited said its Director and Chief Executive Officer Lin Kejian acquired 243,600 ordinary shares in the company on 15 January 2026.

The total consideration paid for the transaction amounted to approximately $231,385.90, excluding brokerage and stamp duties.

Following the transaction, Lin’s direct interest in QAF increased to 7.56 million shares, from 7.32 million shares previously.

His total interest, including deemed interests, rose to 227.22 million shares, representing 39.498% of the company’s issued shares, up from 39.456% before the transaction.
