Sasseur REIT manager names Jia Yali as CFO

Jia is a former financial controller at Sasseur Asset Management.

Sasseur Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Sasseur REIT, has appointed Jia Yali as chief financial officer effective 1 January 2026, according to an SGX filing.

As a CFO, Jia will be reporting to the chief executive officer and will oversee corporate finance, financial planning, accounting and budgeting, as well as treasury, tax, audit, internal controls and compliance, in support of its capital management strategy.

Jia has served as financial controller at Sasseur Asset Management since 2022 and previously held the same position at LMIRT Management Ltd between 2015 and 2022.

The manager said the board assessed her suitability following a recommendation by the nominating and remuneration committee and found her qualified for the appointment.
