SBF launches world’s first generative AI tool dedicated to global trade advisory
It partnered with 6 organisations for regional trade and investment connectivity.
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF)’s Centre for the Future of Trade and Investment (CFOTI) has launched the Trade AI Advisor (TAIA), the world’s first generative AI tool dedicated to global trade advisory.
According to SBF, the TAIA simplifies complex trade rules, providing clear guidance on free trade agreements, tariffs, and compliance requirements for the business community.
SBF also announced partnerships with six organisations that would benefit regional trade and investment connectivity, build enterprise capabilities, and co-develop practical solutions for businesses navigating the turbulent global trade environment.
These organisations include DBS Bank Ltd, DHL Express (Singapore), Pacific International Lines, PwC Singapore, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, and Temasek Foundation.
The announcement was made at a seminar on ‘Navigating US Tariff: Adapt and Advance’ attended by close to 600 business leaders, policymakers, and trade experts on 9 September.
