SG launches up to $100K grant for SMEs facing tariff challenges

It will be available until 6 October 2027.

Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) has launched the Business Adaptation Grant (BizAdapt) to help companies navigate new tariff measures and strengthen supply chains.

The announcement was made by Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, Chairman of the Singapore Economic Resilience Taskforce (SERT), during a visit to Forefront Medical Technology.

The grant covers up to 50% of eligible costs for SMEs and 30% for non-SMEs, capped at $100,000 per company. It will be available until 6 October 2027.

BizAdapt provides support for advisory services covering trade compliance, legal matters, and supply chain optimisation, with companies required to engage pre-approved partners for these services.

The grant also covers reconfiguration costs related to logistics and inventory, where companies are allowed to use vendors of their choice.

To qualify, businesses must export or operate overseas and be affected by tariffs.

Applications are open via the Business Grants Portal, and further guidance is available from EnterpriseSG’s website or SME Centres.
