SGX CEO Loh Boon Chye’s pay rises to $7.82m in FY2025

Most of his FY2025 package came from bonuses and incentives.

Singapore Exchange (SGX) Chief Executive Loh Boon Chye received a total gross remuneration of $7.82m for the financial year ended 2025, marking an increase from the $7.57m he was paid in the previous year.

Of the total remuneration, Loh drew a fixed salary of $1.21m, representing 15.5% of the package.

His cash bonus for FY2025 amounted to $3.27m, or 41.8% of the total.

Long-term incentive awards contributed a similar proportion at $3.27m, accounting for 41.7%.

Benefits-in-kind made up the remaining 1%, valued at $75,553.
