Suntec REIT announces changes to board of directors

David Alasdair William Matheson has been appointed as chairman and non-executive director.

Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (Suntec REIT) has announced changes to its board of directors, effective 30 September 2025.

David Alasdair William Matheson has been appointed as chairman and non-executive director following regulatory approval under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore.

At the same time, Chew Gek Khim has resigned from her position as chairman and non-executive director.

Following these changes, the board of the manager will comprise David Alasdair William Matheson as chairman and non-executive director; Yap Chee Meng as lead independent non-executive director; Chan Pee Teck Peter and Yu-Foo Yee Shoon as independent non-executive directors; Lock Wai Han, Shen Jinchu, and Matthew James Lawson as non-executive directors; and Chong Kee Hiong as chief executive officer and executive director.
