Superfood Kitchen moves to liquidation following closure of last outlet
Its outlet in Raffles City ceased operations on 31 August 2025.
Superfood Kitchen (SFK) has announced that it will enter voluntary liquidation following the closure of its last outlet, located in Raffles City, on 31 August 2025.
SFK said in its bourse filing that, since it opened in 2022, the company has been incurring accumulated losses amidst rising operating costs and a challenging business environment. Negotiations with a potential buyer also did not prosper.
For its last outlet, SFK said it had engaged with the landlord on renewal terms for the lease, but mutually acceptable terms could not be reached. The outlet has ceased operations on 31 August 2025, with the premises to be handed over to the landlord by 11 September 2025.
The group expects to incur an immediate one-off cost of approximately $15,000 for the premises handover costs related to the closure of the SFK Raffles City outlet.
The company has appointed Keith Ng of Reliance 3P Advisory as the liquidator for the members’ voluntary liquidation.
