YHI International incorporates joint venture in China for property services

SZYKZY has a share capital of $889,650 (RMB 5m). 

YHI International Limited’s joint venture company, SZYKZY, has been incorporated in China with an issued and paid-up share capital of $889,650 (RMB 5m). 

SZYKZY will undertake projects related to property management, park management services, parking lot services, non-residential real estate leasing, housing leasing, environmental protection consulting services, and landscaping engineering construction. 

YHI International’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, YHI Advanti Manufacturing, holds a 30% stake in SZYKZY. HJSY, a company incorporated in China, holds the remaining shares. YHI International funded the incorporation of SZYKZY using internal resources. 

The incorporation will not have a material impact on the company’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the current financial year.
