High Court suit against ERA withdrawn, APAC Realty says

The case is not expected to affect FY2026 financial position or performance.

APAC Realty Limited said legal proceedings involving its wholly owned subsidiary ERA Realty Network Pte. Ltd. have been discontinued and withdrawn by the claimants.

The group said in a bourse filing that the suit, which named ERA Realty Network amongst the three co-defendants, previously filed in the Singapore High Court, has been withdrawn.

The case was first disclosed on 4 February, when claimants sought $731,212 in damages jointly and severally from the defendants.

The claim involved alleged breach of duty of care and, alternatively, vicarious liability linked to alleged negligent misrepresentation by an ERA salesperson in a property transaction.

At the time of the initial announcement, APAC Realty said it was seeking legal advice and intended to defend the matter, and did not expect any material impact on its financial position or performance for the financial year (FY) ending 31 December.

In the latest update, the group said the discontinuation of the suit has no material impact on its financial position or performance for FY 2026.
