Foresta at Mount Faber more than half sold on May 11 Preview

75 out of the 141 residential units of “Foresta” were snapped up during the first private preview on May 11, according to the property’s developer Hoi Hup.

“[On that date] we released 80 units for sale and at the end of the day only five were left. Preview though is on going and we are receiving overwhelming response,” said a Hoi Hup’s spokesperson over the phone but asked not to be named.

The “Foresta” at Mount Faber is a five- storey development. Being in a “highly sought after” District 04 Vivo City Area, the location of the property spells “high rental demand” and “excellent potential for resale”, according to Huttons Real Estate Group which markets the property.

The selling price of the property starts from $18xx psf for a one-bedroom unit of 431 sft. It is in close proximity to the following: Telok Blangah MRT Station; Vivo City and Harbourfront Shopping Mall; Sentosa Integrated Resort and Universal Studio; Pulau Keppel and Keppel Bay, 5 mins drive to Biopolis, One-North and Fusionpolis; Orchard, CBD and Marina IR; and to the future Jurong Gateway.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
