Hoi Hup sold 45% of Miltonia Residences over the weekend

185 out of 410 units were snapped up since June 24 launch, said agents from Huttons Real Estate Group which market the five-storey condominium.

“Miltonia Residences is selling fast where more or less 80 units already sold in the morning of first day launch,” a source which requested anonymity said.

• 2- Bedroom Penthouse: 1001sqf (10 units) – starts from $9xxK
• 3- Bedroom Penthouse (+ utility): 1518 – 1550sqf (42 units) – $1.0x million
