The Peak, Auralis preview this week and 7 more due in May

The “The Peak” at Cairnhill, a joint project by the TG Development and TEE Development and the “Auralis” at East Coast by the Sino Tac Holdings are the first new condominiums showcasing for the month of May.


The former, which is a 15 storey residential development with 52 units opened last Monday, May 2, while the latter, a 5-storey property with 56 units previews today, May 4.


Other developments lined up to launch this month with their tentative VIP preview dates are: Hoi Hup’s Foresta at Mount Faber (May 11); BS Tanjong Katong’s Interweave at Kim Keat and NTUC ChoiceHomes & CEL development’s Belysa Executive Condo at Pasir Ris (May 13); MCL Land’s and Terasse at Serangoon (May 21).


New Condominium projects previewing this month but launching dates not yet decided include Wing Tai Asia’s Foresque Residences at Petir, Oxley Module’s Vibes at East Coast and Endo Properties' Viento at Lor Geylang.


The “The Peak”, is the one and only boutique development at Cairnhill Circle on hill top, according to property specialist Kelvin Ch’ng of sglaunches.com. Its main attractions include being the most affordable investment in prime district 9 starting from $1.365m for a 527 sqft one-bedroom unit; in close proximity to Singapore renowned world class shopping belt - the Orchard Road which spells high capital appreciation and rental yield; and accessibility to three MRT stations: Newton< orchard and Somerset.

The “Auralis”, which was supposedly to launch on April 30 is also an attractive quantum starting from $6XX K for a 463 sqft one-bedroom unit.


“Auralis is located in centralise location District 1, right in the much sought-after lifestyle hub in East Coast area,” said property specialist Candice Loh of newcondo.sg.


In terms of rental yield, Ms. Loh said that one can expect potential increase in rentals and prices of property with the implementation of the East Coast enhancemt by government under the URA MP2008 East Regional Plan.


The property is in close proximity to MRT stations Kembangan, Eunos and the future East Coast. Moreover, it has easy access to major expressways KPE< ECP, PIE and SLE. Establishments near to Auralis include East Coast Park, CBD<Suntec City, Marina Sands Integrated Resort, Orchard Shopping Belt and Singapore Changi Airport.
