Vibes at East Coast sold out in four months

Oxley Module disposed 17 remaining residential units out of the total 177 at end September at an average selling price per square foot (psf) of $1,440, up from just $1,340 on May 25 launch.

The 28 commercial shops meanwhile were put on sale at $3,000 psf on the average, sources from Huttons Real Estate Group said.

The freehold mixed development which is located at District 15 bills itself as the “Gem of the East." Its residential units have sizes ranging from 344-850 sf while its commercial shops have 280-840 sf.

Data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority showed that 36 units of Vibes were snapped up during its launching in May. Also, Oxley was able to sell 21 units even at a traditional slowdown in condo sales in August during the hungry ghost festival.

The property is expected to receive TOP end of 2014.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
