Singapore Business Review's spotcheck with property agents found that  this freehold apartment located at Telok Kurau was sold recently for $18.4m.

The property situated in District 15 and near Kembangan, Eunos and Bedok MRT stations was completed in 1990.

Wedgewood Mansions has a covered Carpark and a host of amenities that are readily available such as  shopping centres, cafes, supermarkets, eating establishments, banks and other entertainment facilities.

Within the vicinity there are schools such as, Saint Patrick's School and Global Indian International School(GIIS).

A typical 3-BR apartment  at Wedgewood Mansions of about 1190 sqft in size were previously rented out for $2,700-$3,000 a month.
