3 industrial sites available at Buroh, Tuas South Street 6

Tender will close on 2 January.

According to a release, JTC Corporation has launched a plot of land at Buroh Street and another two at Tuas South Street 6 for sale by public tender today. Industrialists can apply for the sites before the tender closes on 2 January 2013 at 11:00am.

All three sites are zoned for Business-2 development. The 2.74-ha site at Buroh Street has a lease of 30 years and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5.

The two 0.86-ha sites at Tuas South Street 6 have a lease of 22 years 6 months and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0. These smaller plots with shorter tenure are targeted at industrialists who need to custom-build their own facilities. This is also in line with the Government’s efforts to make industrial property more affordable.

Site details and location plans for the site are shown on JTC website: https://www.jtc.gov.sg.

Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packet at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from Information Counter, Level 1, The JTC Summit, 8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
