Ang Mo Kio Ave grabs 12 bids

Highest bid was a whopping $550m.

According to the release, The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2.

The site at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2 was launched for public tender on 15 November 2012. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

This is not an announcement of tender award. A decision on the award of the tender will be made after the bids have been evaluated. This will be publicised at a later date.
