Dairy Farm Road draws in $244m top bid

First Shine Properties Pte Ltd and Meadows Bright Development Pte Ltd sent in the top bid of $244,318,000 for a tendered sale price of $6,630.61 per sqm of GFA.

Dairy Farm Road is a residential land parcel with a 17,545.8 sqm site area and a 36,847 maximum permissible GFA.

Eight other biders competed in the bidding, with Secure Development Pte Ltd. coming in at second with a bid of $222,300,000 while Teneriffe Development Pte. Ltd placed third with a bid of $218,141,550.

The decision on the award of the tender will be made after the URA evaluates the bids, and will be announced at a later date.
