Razgrad placed under Members' Voluntary Winding Up

Razgrad has been dormant since 2008.

The Board of Directors of SC Global Developments Ltd announced that its Singapore incorporated subsidiary company Razgrad Pte. Ltd. has been placed under Members’ Voluntary Winding Up pursuant to Section 290(1)(b) of the Companies Act.

The Members’ Voluntary Winding Up of Razgrad is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the SC Global Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
