Sherwood Development offered highest bid at $434.6m.

In a release, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the residential site at New Upper Changi Road today.

The site at New Upper Changi Road was launched for public tender on 23 August 2012. The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.
