TA Corporation previews Gambir Ridge

The development is expected to obtain its temporary occupation permit by December 2015.

TA Corporation Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Meadows Investment Pte Ltd is previewing the Group’s latest residential development, Gambir Ridge, on September 21, 2012.

Located at 16 & 18 Gambir Walk and comprising 2 blocks of 5-storey residential units and a basement car park, the development will house 77 one to four-bedroom units.

Facilities include barbecue terraces, rooftop lap pool, Jacuzzi and a gym.

Gambir Ridge will mark TA Corporation’s second property project to reach the market this year, having launched the exclusive 74-unit freehold development The Cristallo in March 2012.
