URA launches tender for Jalan Loyang Besar / Pasir Ris Rise site

The 17,274.2 sqm land parcel can potentially yield about 355 housing units.

The residential site is located in the east region of Singapore and is close to Pasir Ris Park and other recreation amenities. It is also well connected to the rest of the island via Tampines Expressway.

The land parcel at Jalan Loyang Besar / Pasir Ris Rise has been launched for sale under the Confirmed List of the 2nd half 2011 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The tender will close at 12 noon on 4 October 2011.
