URA tenders Cuscaden Road residential site

It can house over 170 units.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the public tender of a residential site at Cuscaden Road under the Confirmed List of the first half 2018 (1H2018) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

According to a press release, the site has an area of 5,722.5 sqm and a lease period of 99 years. It has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 16,023 sqm and a maximum building height of 100 metres. It can house over 170 units.

The tender for this site will close at 12 noon on 26 April 2018. The tender closing of this site will be batched with two other residential sites at Silat Road and Mattar Road which will be launched for sale in March 2018 under the 1H2018 GLS Programme.

The Cuscaden Road site is part of URA’s GLS private residential sites, which includes one Executive Condominium (EC) site. Collectively, they can yield 2,775 private dwelling units and 4,450 sqm GFA of commercial space.
