Yanlord Land profit up more than 1,702%

With significant increase in GFA delivered, revenue rose 311.2% in 2Q 2012.

Singapore Exchange listed Yanlord Land Group Limited announced that gross profit in 2Q 2012 similarly increased 130.1% to RMB952.7 million from RMB414.1 million in 2Q 2011.

Due to the revenue rise for the quarter, net profit attributable to equity holders in 2Q 2012 jumped 1,702.7% to RMB735.6 million from RMB40.8 million in 2Q 2011.
