The tender will close on 16 November at 3 p.m.

The properties, located in Chancery landed housing enclave in District 11, have a total land area of 1,479.3 sqm or 15,923 sq ft.

Offers start at $30m for both properties, equivalent to $1,884 per square foot (psf) on the land area.

The plots are zoned “Residential – 2-story mixed-landed” and have regular site configurations with a combined frontage of approximately 36 metres available for redevelopment.

The properties are near MRT stations, shopping malls, healthcare establishments, and schools.
