This sale marks the highest price ever transacted in the block and the second-highest price ever transacted at the property, following the 5-room unit in block 139A sold for $1.568m in the same month.

The unit has a total area of 1,259 sq ft and is situated on the 31st floor of block 138C.

The Peak @ Toa Payoh is located in a prime spot within Toa Payoh offering residents various amenities such as shopping malls, eateries, recreational facilities, and transportation networks.
