$8.38m residential site at Jalan Naung up for sale

Brilliance Capital Pte. Ltd. has launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) for an $8.38m residential development site in Jalan Naung.

The site is a corner plot spanning approximately 5,408 sq. ft. Under the 2019 Master Plan, the site is zoned for residential use within a 3-storey mixed-landed area.

Subject to approval from relevant authorities, the site could be developed into a detached house, a pair of semi-detached houses, or a strata mixed-landed development.

The site is near major arterial roads and expressways, including the Central Expressway and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway. Public transport is also accessible, with the Hougang MRT Station and the Hougang Central Bus Interchange within walking distance.

In addition, the site is near lifestyle hubs such as NEX, Hougang Mall, The Midtown, and Heartland Mall.

It is also near schools like CHIJ Our Lady of the Nativity, Holy Innocents' Primary School, Montfort Junior School, and Punggol Primary School. International schools such as Stamford American International School, Australian International School, and NPS International School are accessible as well.
