Aurea sells 30% of launched units

Golden Mile Singapore’s Aurea residence has sold 30% of the 78 units it launched at an average price of $3,005 per square foot.

The two- and three-bedroom apartments from the Prestige Collection accounted for 74% of the sales.

Most, or 83%, of Aurea homebuyers are Singaporeans whilst the remaining 17% are Malaysian residents.
