CapitaLand to launch LyndenWoods in Singapore Science Park
The development will consist of two 24-storey towers featuring a mix of two- to four-bedroom units.
CapitaLand Development (CLD) has announced the upcoming launch of LyndenWoods, the first-ever residential development in Singapore Science Park (SSP).
The public preview of the 343-unit development started on 28 June, with sales bookings to commence on 12 July.
The development will consist of two 24-storey towers featuring a mix of two- to four-bedroom units, ranging from 635 to 1,647 square feet, and will offer residents smart-home technology, bespoke finishes, and co-working lounges.
Communal facilities include a 50-metre infinity lap pool, recreational tennis and pickleball courts, a pets’ park, and the Lynden Club, a multi-level amenity hub with a gym, lounge, and function room.
According to CLD, LyndenWoods is strategically located next to Geneo, a next-generation life sciences and innovation cluster, and just a five-minute walk from Kent Ridge MRT station. The project is also near major institutions, including the National University of Singapore, National University Hospital, and One-North.
