Capitaland's ex-CEO joins HDB board

The new appointee is Lim Ming Yan.

The Ministry of National Development revealed that a new appointment was approved for a board position at the Housing & Development Board.

Lim Ming Yan will be appointed to the board from 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022. 

Lim’s experiences stem from the real estate industry and public service. Currently, he is the Chairman of Workforce Singapore and the Singapore Business Federation. 

Before this, he spent 22 years in CapitaLand Limited and was its president and group CEO from 2013 to 2018.
