Chart of the day: Condo resale volumes falls 30.7% in July

Only 1,248 units were resold in July, a decrease of 6.7% from June.

This chart from SRX and 99.co shows that condo resale volumes in July 2022 dropped 30.7% from the same time last year.

However, this was still 5.5% higher than the five-year average volumes of condos resold during the months of July.

1,248 condo units were resold in July, a dip of 6.7% from the 1,338 units resold in the previous month

The region with the most units sold for the month was OCR, with 536 units sold. This is followed by the RCR at 223 and CCR at 148 units resold.
