According to a release, to provide developers and home-buyers with more choices for private housing, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the residential site at Prince Charles Crescent (Parcel B) for sale by public tender today.

The land parcel at Prince Charles Crescent (Parcel B), which can yield about 655 residential units, is launched for sale under the Confirmed List of the 1st half 2014 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
