Completed private condo prices slipped 1.6% in January

Central flats saw the biggest price decline.

Prices of completed private non-landed homes slipped 1.6% overall in January, according to data released today under the NUS Singapore Residential Price Index.

The overall SRPI value slipped 1.6% month-on-month, led by a 1.9% decline in prices for central flats.

Prices of non-central condos slipped 1.4%, while SRPI for small units slipped a marginal 0.6%.
