Condo resale prices increase by 1.0% YoY in August

Across submarkets, OCR posted the highest year-on-year price increase.

Condo resale prices picked up in August, rising 1.0% MoM and 7.6% YoY, data from 99.co and SRX showed.

Across submarkets, the Outside Central Region (OCR) posted the highest year-on-year increase in prices at 9.8% YoY, followed by the Rest of Central Region (RCR) (7.5% YoY), and Core Central Region (CCR) (2.7% YoY).

The highest transacted price for a resale unit in August was $11m at 3 ORCHARD BY-THE-PARK.

Meanwhile, the highest transacted price in the RCR is a unit at Aalto resold for $6.3m.

In the OCR, the highest transacted price was $3.26m for a unit at Kensington Park Condominium.
