Condo resale prices rise by 0.8% MoM in March

This marks the 20th consecutive month of increase for condo resale prices.

Condo resale price rose for the 20th consecutive month, increasing by 0.8% MoM in March.

Based on data from 99.co and SRX, prices also rose by 9.7% when compared to the same month last year.

All regions likewise saw year-on-year price increases with the highest jump recorded in Outside Central Region (11.8%), followed by  Rest of Central Region (7.3%), and Core Central Region (7.1%).

Meanwhile, the highest transacted price for a resale unit for the month was at The Marq on Paterson Hill for $13.6m.

In the RCR and OCR, the highest transacted price was a unit at Silversea for $5.05m, and a unit at Elliot on the East Coast for $3.4m, respectively.
