Condo resale prices rise 5.4% YoY in August

An estimated 1,088 units were resold.

Condo resale prices were up 5.4% year on year (YoY) in August, according to 99.co and SRX’s report.

Prices in the Core Central Region (CCR), Rest of Central Region (RCR), and Outside Central Region increased 7.1%, 4.1%, and 5.8%, respectively.

An estimated 1,088 units were resold, up 5% from the 1,036 units resold in July.

The highest transacted price for a resale unit in August was $15.8m at Geylang.

Resale volumes were 3.7% lower than in August 2024 and remained stable compared to the 5-year average for August.

Of the transactions, 49.2% of the transactions were from OCR, 32.6% from RCR, and 18.2% from CCR.
