Condo resale volumes drop 9.4% MoM in November

In November, 1,124 units got resold.

The number of condo units resold in November was 1,124, translating to a 9.4% drop from October’s record.

In October, 1,240 units got sold.

Data from 99.co and SRX showed that the November 2022 volume was 30.4% lower than November 2021.

The latest figure is also  4.1% lower than the five-year average volumes for November.

Of the total units resold during the month, 59.2% of the volumes were from OCR, 22.4% from RCR and 18.5% from CCR.

The highest transacted price for a resale unit in November was $19.89m at Marina One Residences.

Meanwhile, the highest transacted price in the RCR is a unit at MeyerHouse resold for $8.4m.

In the OCR, the highest transacted price was $3.6m for a unit at Bedok Residences.
