COTD: Foreign home purchases dip slightly in May

Five foreigners bought units in One Marina Gardens.

Foreigners accounted for 2.2% of home purchases in May, a slight decline from 2.5% in April, Huttons reported.

Five foreigners bought units in One Marina Gardens whilst two bought in Chuan Park and PARKTOWN Residence.

Huttons said overall June sales are likely to be in the range of 200 to 300 units as the conclusion of a trade framework between China and the USA will bolster market sentiments in the coming months.
