COTD: Home resale surges in fringe and suburban areas in Q2

1,086 private homes were sold in the RCR last quarter.

There were more resale transactions in the second quarter of this year in the city fringe and suburban areas, according to a Realion report.

During the period, 1,086 private homes were sold in the RCR last quarter, up from 1,064 units in the preceding quarter.

Similarly, 1,921 units were transacted in OCR, more than the 1,826 units sold in Q1.

In contrast, private homes in CCR decreased from 675 units in Q1 to 640 units in Q2.
