Foreign buyers snap up 13 units in January, CCR leading demand

Six of the 13 purchases made by foreign buyers were in the Core Central Region (CCR).

In January, developers sold 1,083 units, increasing 433.5% month-on-month (MoM) and 256.3% year-on-year (YoY), Huttons reported.

Of these, 13 purchases were made by foreigners, with 6 in the Core Central Region (CCR), 3 in the Rest of Central Region (RCR), and the remaining in the Outside Central Region (OCR).

According to Huttons, the two major launches during the period, Bagnall Haus and The Orie, made up approximately 70% of the total sales.

Bagnall Haus sold over 75 units at a median price of $2,494 per sq ft (psf), whilst The Orie sold 680 of 777 units at  $2,731 psf.
