Frasers Hospitality expands in Cambodia with 88-unit Fraser Residence in capital

It is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027.

Frasers Hospitality has announced plans to expand with the signing of Fraser Residence BKK1, Phnom Penh, its first property under the Fraser Residence brand in the country.

The development, scheduled to open in second quarter of 2027, will bring 88 serviced units to the capital’s central business district.

According to the company, the property will feature a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, designed for business travelers, expatriates, and long-stay guests.

Amenities will feature a full-service restaurant, an exclusive lounge, fitness facilities with a sauna, steam room, and yoga studio, as well as a children’s playground.
