Frasers Property Limited and Sekisui House will preview The Robertson Opus on Saturday, 5 July, with sales bookings to begin on 19 July 2025.

Located in District 9, the 999-year leasehold luxury residential development offers 348 units across five mid-rise buildings.

The indicative prices start from $1.37m for a suite (431 square feet), $1.58m for a one-bedroom, $2.17m for a two-bedroom, and $3.10m for a three-bedroom.

Buyers can also choose a three-bedroom premium for $3.68m and a four-bedroom premium for $5.09m.

The project is tentatively scheduled to achieve Temporary Occupation Permit in the first half of 2029.
